To keep yourself from losing control over yourself for someone, always think of what you hate most abut that person. Think of everything possible that causes you to be repulsed; including the thought of hating the fact that person makes you lose control; when you do not desire to lose control. Think of how much you hate being "owned"; or, controlled by someone else. Think of everything that will allow you to be repulsed by that person. In that way, escape is possible; even if only for a short period of time.
