Using hypnosis on anyone is very hazardous; and sometimes, illegal. Youtube has many instant hypnosis techniques; as well as people who abuse the technology.
It is never a god idea to allow anyone to take control over your mind; except in a professional manner. Usually self hypnosis is best. With self hypnosis, you my program yourself in any manner you desire.

* After asleep, they will only trust me to guide them and their thoughts. I tell them to totally trust me.
* I tell them to sleep whenever I say "sleep". I further state they will only do good things; and nothing harmfull, dangerous; or, bad. They will awaken after they follow my commands. They will still follow my commands after they are awake. That prevents almost everyone else from utilizing hypnosis ad mind control over them.
After that phase, I usually begin my programming operations. They are usually very short in time. The first phases are
* To desire to be healthy and eat properly
* To desire to live a good life around good people
* To desire to be peacefull and happy
* To defend themselves from everything; and everyone that could hurt them
These are the most important programs.After that I fine tune their psychological structures completely. I teach them everything about every area of life. When I am finished, they are very powerfull in mind, body; and spirit.
Since I do not hypnotize anyone any longer, I only reluctantly possibly accept emergencies only. I fell uncomfortable taking over anyone's mind; unless it is for psywar against criminals.
